Your Account
- You must be 18+ to use BatZap
- Keep your login credentials secure
- You're responsible for all activity on your account
- Provide accurate information when signing up
Subscription & Payment
- Free Trial: 14 days free
- Monthly Plan: Billed monthly, cancel anytime
- Cancellation: Takes effect at the end of your billing period
- No Refunds: Monthly fees are non-refundable
- We may change prices with 30 days notice
What You Can't Do
Don't use BatZap to:
- Send spam or unsolicited messages
- Violate WhatsApp's terms of service
- Share illegal content
- Harass or abuse others
- Try to hack or disrupt our service
- Resell access to BatZap
Fair Use Policy
To keep WhatsApp connections healthy and compliant, all use of BatZap and its integrations must follow these fair use rules:
- No mass messaging: Don't use BatZap or its integrations for bulk, unsolicited, or large-scale automated campaigns
- Respect WhatsApp's rules: Follow WhatsApp's Terms of Service and Business Messaging Policy
- No integration abuse: Don't overload, scrape, or misuse the WhatsApp and Crisp connections
- Opt-in only: Only message people who agreed to be contacted or are already in a conversation with you
- No illegal use: No scams, fraud, phishing, harassment, or any illegal activity on WhatsApp
Accounts that abuse the service, send spam, or break WhatsApp's rules may be limited or suspended without notice. Keeping your number compliant is your responsibility.
Your Data
- You own all your conversation data
- We store your data to provide the service
- We integrate with Crisp Chat for WhatsApp connectivity
- We won't sell your data to third parties
- Back up your important data regularly
Service Availability
- We aim for high uptime but can't guarantee 100%
- We may do maintenance that temporarily affects service
- Third-party services (like Crisp) may impact functionality
We're Not Liable For
- Data loss (keep your own backups)
- Service interruptions
- Issues with third-party services
- Business losses from using BatZap
Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Termination
- You can cancel anytime from your account settings
- We can suspend accounts that violate these terms
- We may shut down the service with 30 days notice
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. We'll email you about major changes. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
Legal Stuff
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes go to courts in Brazil.
