    Returns a pre-signed URL to upload a file directly to storage. Then pass the returned s3_key to Send a message or Add a private note.

    Upload with PUT <presigned_url>, the raw file as the body and a Content-Type header equal to mimetype. The URL expires in 5 minutes.

    Accepted: JPEG, PNG, GIF and WebP images; MP4, WebM and QuickTime video; OGG, MP3 and WebM audio; PDF, CSV, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, plain text and subtitle files.
